     1. SMT for Digital Back End chassis testing. Stopped the noise 
        that caused extra counts from counter #3. By adding a 750 Ohm 
        resistor is series with the signal line that drives the 
        counters it cuts the ringing and crosstalk enough to operate 
        properly.
     2. Looked for drawings of the tilt meter. I only found 
        calibration data.
     3. Started making changes to the Mux chassis by add resistors to 
        the signal lines.
     4. Continuing with PC board design.
