CAMAC Progress Report Week Ending: August 30, 2002 Week: 83 Tom Folkers: Tom Sargent: 1. Looked at the best way to add manual speed controls to the servo.c program, but haven't finished doing it yet. 2. Added the "force wrap" feature. This allows the user to specify (for the next slew only) that the negative wrap (AZ = -90 to 0) or the positive wrap (AZ = 360 -450) should not be used. This is gong to be necessary to do inclinometer runs. It will also be of use to the observer occasionally. 3. Worked on getting the simulator code to work again. I tried compiling the DSP code here and then FTP'ing that to the smtocont machine. I wasn't able to get the code properly downloaded, though. I'll have to work on it next week at the telescope. Pete Hubbard: 1. Machining brackets of rear of Rcvr and Driver boards. 2. Making wire list for cables used with Focus-Translation Drive chassis that will connect to receiver and Driver boards. 3. Looking for connectors that mate to the Secondary Control Chassis. David Forbes:
