Tom Folkers:
     1. Helping Tom and Pete with encoder ADC/DSP hardware.
     2. More work on pending move to the first floor.
     3. Received the recently repaired BSI computer back from repairs 
        and reinstalled Linux 7.1

Tom Sargent:

Pete Hubbard:
     1. A/D testing and temporary power supply fix. The current 
        requirements were not proper for the boards.
     2. Finding the proper way to sample data with the clock. Turns 
        out sample clock had to be a pulse of at least 150 ns and no 
        longer then 64 times master clock = 10ms.
     3. Ready encoder and amp board for A/D testing.
