Tom Folkers:
     1. No Report.

Tom Sargent:
     1. Added new fixed positions to the rambo/azel file. To simplify 
        measuring servo response. 
     2. Altered IRIG driver so that when it detects a sync error from 
        the IRIG interface, it reports it, but also continues to 
        report the time that the IRIG interface is showing.  It 
        previously was not reporting the time in that case. It seems 
        that the time is correct even during the brief periods when 
        the interface has lost sync. It uses an internal oscillator in 
        this case.  The interface only has this problem in the lab. 
        The IRIG signal at the HHT is better.  The servo program will 
        now stop if the IRIG sync is lost for more than 1 hour.
     3. Implemented the pointing corrections from the 12m into the 
        traksub.c program.  It hasn't been check yet, except to see 
        that the numbers are in the general range that would be 
        expected.

Pete Hubbard:
     1. Made wiring changes to Digital Back End chassis.
     2. Plot phase and amplitude changes with MAX270 low pass filter.
     3. Took data from the lab telescope to compare noise with SMT 
        data.
     4. Changed MPI 6000 amplifier boards for next run at SMT.
