OTFMAKEOFFS Description: otfmakeoffs reads in a sdd file discarding any OFF scans. When a OTF scan is read in a new OFF scan is synthesized from the east and/or west spectra. OFF scan numbers are derived from the OTF on scan number + 1000.0; NOTE: As is the case with all of these otf utilities, the results are written in the $FIXDAT directory: '/home/data4/fixed'. The result file will have the same name as the original sdd filename. Any previous 'fixed' file of the same name in the 'fixed directory' will be removed first. Usage: ./otfmakeoffs [-e bnum1 [enum1] &| -w bnum2 [enum2]] -f fixed_dir_name -d data_dir_name datafile -e bnum1, Set Number of east spectra taken from east end; default 20. enum1, Set Optional Ending Number of east spectra. -w bnum2, Set Number of west spectra taken from west end; default 20. enum2, Set Optional Ending Number of west spectra. -d dir_name, Where to find data files; default /home/data/'ini'. -f dir_name, Where to place fixed files; default /home/data4/fixed. Example: otfmakeoffs -e 10 -w 10 sdd.twf_001
